Summary

The Sri Guru Ganesh Jewellers website and mobile apps show live gold and silver rates and our contact details. You don't need an account to use them, and we don't ask for your name, phone number, email or location. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we don't sell or share personal information.

Information we process

Connection data. To deliver live rates, your device connects to our server. Like any web server, it briefly records technical details such as your IP address, device or browser type and the time of the request. We use these only to run the service, keep it secure and fix problems, and they are kept only in rotating server logs that are overwritten automatically.
On your device. The apps and website save the latest rates and your theme choice on your device so they open instantly. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
When you contact us. Calling, emailing or messaging us on WhatsApp happens in your phone's own apps. We receive whatever you choose to send us, and use it only to reply to you. WhatsApp and your phone or email provider handle that data under their own privacy policies.

Children

Our services are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
